		Why Rachel Ong? Rachel has worked across the Asia-Pacific region as a peer educator, activist and advocate amongst youth and women since 1999. She is now the main NGO delegate on the Programme Coordinating Board of UNAIDS representing the civil society from Asia and Pacific. What she's looking for in the winning film... "Creativity in delivery, coherence, independence of thought and circumspective of the situation 25 years into the epidemic."
