Leonard is from Tanzania, where there are over 1.5m people living with HIV and AIDS. He is determined to make a difference... he has visited schools, communities and NGOs throughout his country to provide education. He has also worked on new strategies to help fight the isolation experienced by young people living with HIV and AIDS.

Leonard founded the Teenage Life Program which focuses on HIV/AIDS, culture and MDGs and has also made his own documentary about how the media can join the fight against HIV and AIDS.
