Aurora hails from the sunny Caribbean island of Trinidad. She is currently studying Journalism at the University of Tornoto.

At just 14 years old Aurora worked for the Trinidad Guardian as a youth columnist and at 17 she worked as a producer and director of youth programs.

Aurora is currently working with TakingItGlobal as the AIDS 2006 youth media and communications coordinator.
